Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Validity & Use

• Each ticket is valid for 90 Minitues only on the date you select at purchase.

• One ticket per person. Duplicate use or ticket sharing is not permitted.

• Re-entry is not allowed once you exit the event venue.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made online through our secure gateway using UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or digital wallet.

• All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are allowed once payment is processed.

3. Age & Entry Rules

• Children under 3 years enter free with an accompanying adult.

• Children under 13 years must be accompanied by an adult/guardian at all times.

• Valid ID may be required for age verification or to match booking details.

4. Rescheduling & Event Changes

• In case of rain, technical failure, or emergency, the event may be rescheduled.
  Ticket holders will be notified via email or SMS.

• Tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date or can be exchanged as per organizer policy.

5. Photography & Consent

• By entering, you consent to the use of your photos/videos for event promotion on social media, website, and other media platforms.

• If you do not wish to appear in any content, please inform event staff at the entrance.

6. Code of Conduct

• Guests must behave respectfully towards staff and other attendees.

• Aggressive behavior, harassment, or intoxication will result in removal without a refund.

• Treat installations and props with care — you break it, you buy it may apply for intentional damage.

7. Security & Bag Checks

• Security checks may be conducted at the entrance.

• No dangerous objects, weapons, or illegal substances are allowed.

• The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to anyone for safety reasons.

8. Accessibility

• The venue is designed to be wheelchair-friendly and accessible.

• If you require special assistance, please contact us ahead of your visit.

9. Food & Allergies

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed.

• We provide a variety of treats, but please note: ice creams may contain nuts, dairy, soy, or gluten.

• Guests are responsible for managing their own dietary restrictions.

10. Ticket Misuse or Fraud

• Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources will be considered invalid.

• Reselling or altering tickets is strictly prohibited and may lead to denied entry.

11. Limitation of Liability

• The organizers are not liable for any personal loss, injury, or damage sustained during the event.

• Visitors attend at their own risk and are responsible for their belongings
